RSL utilizes elements from multiple MSF curricula, giving you and your coach 23 riding exercises to select from. This keeps the RSL fresh for repeated courses and allows focused practice on skills you are most interested in. So one course might concentrate on braking, while another on tight turns, and another on cornering.
Required Riding Gear:
- Sturdy, over-the-ankle boots (avoid shoes with a heel)
- Denim or sturdy pants (no holes or tears)
- Full-fingered gloves (preferably leather)
- Long Sleeve shirt or jacket
- Eye protection (sunglasses, prescription, safety glasses, or the visor on a full-faced helmet)
- DOT-certified ¾ or full-faced helmet (one may be provided if you don't have one)
